IMPORTANT NOTICE / Payment terms for HOT AIR BALLOON BOOKINGS: Children on flights: infants ages 5 and under are not accepted. Age 6 years and older are accepted, there are no child discounts available. Deposit: At booking we charge deposit payment only which could be paid by Credit Card. Balance: Can be paid on arrival. We only accept balance payment by cash (in Lira, USD, EUR, GBP accepted). Paying by credit card is optional however and there will be an extra %10 fee per person. Cancellations due Weather: If the weather does not permit, the flight may be cancelled and we will refund your deposit payment. Our crew will also check if you are available the next day, if you are available and there is a free space, we will change your Booking to the following day.
